You might notice your child struggling with adjusting to change, making friends, paying attention or sitting still, sleeping or eating, lower grades than expected, or getting into trouble at school or at home. If something has been worrying you for a while, or others around your child have noticed it too, it's worth talking to us. You don't need to be sure — that's what the first conversation is for.
You don't need to know. At the intake we take time to understand your concerns, and then advise whether an assessment, psychological support, or a combination would help most — or whether another specialist would be a better fit.

Children may need support with feelings, behaviour, relationships, or difficult experiences without meeting the criteria for a specific disorder. We focus on understanding your child’s needs and helping them develop skills to feel better and manage challenges. If further assessment could help guide their care, we will discuss this with you.
First we get to know you and your child, then your child works with one of our psychologists, and finally we sit down together to go through the results and next steps.
