Group Therapy

Group therapy offers children, adolescents, and young adults the opportunity to learn and grow together in a supportive and structured setting. Working in a group allows young people to practice new skills in real time, receive feedback, and feel understood and supported by their peers. By learning and practicing together, participants gain confidence, improve self-awareness, and develop tools to better manage daily challenges.


Our group therapy sessions may focus on areas such as social skills, self-esteem, executive functioning, or mindfulness, depending on the needs of the participants.
